Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel any order until it has been shipped.
  • For cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  2. Items must be in the original packaging.
  3. A valid proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return:

  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and address.
  3. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:
  1. Defective or Damaged Items: We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we'll refund you or send the correct item, as per your preference.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not issue refunds in the following situations:
